At APPCPL, I played a pivotal role in creating a comprehensive management web application aimed at improving internal operations and streamlining the handling of employee grievances. Utilizing .NET as the main development environment, I used SQL for backend database management, ensuring a robust system capable of managing various employee records and sensitive data.

One of my key tasks was to develop a secure employee login system, featuring automated ID generation for all staff. This enhancement not only bolstered internal security but also simplified access to essential company resources, significantly reducing the time spent on manual verification. Additionally, I implemented administrative access features, enabling management to efficiently oversee employee records, monitor performance, and address grievances with ease.

A vital part of my contribution was designing a feedback loop for continuous UI/UX improvements. I worked closely with users and administrators to gather feedback, pinpointing areas for enhancement to ensure the interface remained user-friendly and intuitive. This ongoing improvement process led to a highly optimized user experience, making the platform accessible and easy to navigate for employees at all levels.

To guarantee the application's smooth operation, I conducted thorough pilot testing, examining various user access levels and workflows to identify and rectify any bugs or inefficiencies. I ensured the system was scalable, secure, and seamlessly integrated with existing company processes.

By the project's conclusion, the application significantly streamlined internal workflows, reduced response times to employee issues and ultimately supported APPCPL’s mission of fostering an energy-efficient infrastructure in India.
